Q 1: How can I order?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order number and summary to your email as well as on you provided phone number. Order summary will also be stored to your account as well.

Q 2: Why should I buy online?

By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could be a huge time saver. At online we also provide Same day deliveries

Q 3: What payment methods can I use?

Currently we support COD (Cash on Delivery) and Credit Card on delivery payment methods. Online payment methods are in the pipelines and shall be integrated soon.

Q 4: What are the delivery charges?

But please be advised that

  • For All orders Flat PKR 199 delivery/shipment will be charged only if product weight is within 5 KG. Above 5KG to 10KG charges are PKR500, 10KG to 20KG charges are PKR1000,
    Above 20 KG RS.100 will be added per KG.

Q 5: Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our helpline number.

Q 6: Can I return or Exchange my product?

Yes, of course, we accept all returns if they are unused, undamaged, and are in original packing.

Q 7: How long does it take for a refund or exchange?

Normally we endeavor to complete your order within 7 working days. It may take a bit longer in case of heavy embroidery works or special colour schemes or stitching patterns..

Q 8: How long does it take for your shipment to arrive)?

Generally your order is completed within 7-10 working days.

Q 9: How do create an account?

Go to this page  and click “create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”.  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified by email.

Q 10: How can I retrieve my password?

You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

Q 11: How do I change my personal details or email address?

You can easily change all your information on your account.  Go to login page and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

Q 12: Security?

Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.
